Selling through NRBS
NRBS is a member of the GSPC – Glasgow Solicitors Property Centre. GSPC
solicitors offer a better way to sell your home. Over 200 member firms sold
over £1 billion worth of residential property last year – more than any other
selling agent in the west of Scotland. Moreover, solicitors are both estate
agents and legal advisers, offering an integrated service that no estate agent
can match. The great majority of sellers across most of Scotland appoint a
solicitor, not an estate agent, to sell their home.
Better still, advertising through GSPC – the largest property marketing
organisation in the west of Scotland – is not only impressively effective, but
also surprisingly economical. GSPC has created a range of property advertising
packages that could save you hundreds, even thousands, of pounds compared to
the costs of advertising through a conventional estate agent. NRBS will also
market your property to its growing database of property investors.
Every advertising package includes:
Advertising in the GSPC Property Guide
The largest property publication in Scotland.
Advertising on the GSPC web site
The most popular and easiest to use property web site in the west.
Inclusion on our property search service
The service that matches homes to buyers. Over 4,500 buyers use the service.
High quality full colour schedules
Schedules designed to present your home in the best possible way.
Late night and weekend call handling service
The GSPC call centre means we never miss an opportunity to promote your home.
All of this for a one-off, fixed advertising fee from £280 until
your home is sold (or for six months). (THIS IS CHEAPER THAN WHAT MOST
ESTATE AGENTS CHARGE FOR ONE ADVERT IN ONE PUBLICATION).
Only GSPC solicitors can advertise property for sale through the GSPC.

Sales Commission
Please contact us for a detailed quote of our commission and charges
for selling your home. We guarantee to be competitive but will never compromise
on the standard of service that we offer to you.
Finding a home
Every property for sale through GSPC solicitors is advertised in the GSPC
Property Guide and on the GSPC website. In addition, GSPC solicitors often
advertise a selection of properties for sale in their individual offices.
The web site is updated minute by minute. It advertises every property for
sale through GSPC and most properties feature both a photograph and a full
schedule on-line.
The Property Guide is published weekly and advertises every home for
sale through GSPC solicitors, listing them in area and price order. The Guide
is free and copies are available from every GSPC Member firm, from most banks
and building societies in Strathclyde as well as many other retail outlets.
Requesting a schedule
You can request a schedule for any property from the selling
solicitor or from the GSPC Property Centre. You can also view and
download copies of most schedules from the GSPC web site.
Making an appointment to view
If you want to view a property, you can contact the selling
solicitor direct or, out of normal working hours, the GSPC call centre
which can make arrangements to view most properties. The call centre is
open until 9.00pm on weekday evenings and between 10.00am and 4.00pm on
Saturdays and Sundays.
More information
If you require more detailed information than is available in the
schedule, you should contact the NRBS.
Property Matching
To help you find your ideal home, NRBS operates a matching service
that will look out for properties that meet your requirements.
To register with our Online Property Matching Service please send an email
with your requirements to enquiries@nrbs.co.uk
Mortgage Advice
NRBS has alliances with several independent mortgage brokers and would
recommend its clients to them in order to find the most appropriate mortgage.
Surveys and offers
If you would like to instruct a survey or are thinking of making an
offer for a property, you should consult your GSPC solicitor. It is best to
appoint a solicitor as soon as you start looking for a new home so that he
or she is ready to act quickly on your behalf when you have found what you
are looking for. If you are uncertain about how much you should offer,
consult your solicitor. Every GSPC member has instant access to the selling
price of every home sold in Scotland since 1997. No-one knows more about
house prices.
Contact NRBS now for all an unbeatable Estate Agency service and to
take the headache out of the sale of your house!
